- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am at a loss for words. I came into the clinic about 3 weeks ago and was demanded a payment on a balance I knew nothing of and treated like a deadbeat. Then upon leaving was informed that apparently the account was set up for email notifications which I stated never received an email. They said oh that's because you aren't in our database for emails. So you accuse me of not paying my bills on something I knew nothing of. Then yesterday morning I call to get a prescription and get off the meds I am on, when you call me back 6 hours later to give me a medication clearly stated on my chart I am allergic to. So you don't read my chart CLEARLY. I still after 24 hours haven't received a call back.February 14, 2017by HEATHER DEMAREE
