- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I experienced pain and was unable to fully open my mouth while my wife and I were visiting our children and grandchildren in Missouri. I had had some periodontal work done a couple of weeks previously in my hometown in NC, so I was concerned that I had developed an infection. The staff at Once Upon a Smile worked me in immediately. Dr. Beltgens and her staff were very thorough, professional, and kind. She diagnosed the problem, prescribed appropriate medicine, and gave me instructions for care so the infection would not reoccur. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Doc and her staff always go above and beyond in routine e care for my family, but in a pinch she squeezed in my dad who was visiting from NC. He apparently had an infection while on vacation and they spent a long time diagnosing his issue. He felt comfortable and heard in his appointment which for someone hundreds of miles away from Home is a lot!
